Members of the School Council are elected by the staff, parents and community members of our school. The council is an advisory body to the principal and meets on the second Tuesday of each month.
The council has a membership of eleven as follows: The presidents of the Parents and Citizens' Association(P & C), three elected parents, two appointed community members, four elected staff members and the principal.
The school council works closely with the school principal in defining a clear vision for the future of the school, taking into account perspectives across the community.
The school council acknowledges the commitment of community members to the school at presentation day where those parents who have played major roles in our parent and community programs receive a certificate of appreciation.
