Library monitors are an integral part of the day to day running of our library. Without them the library would not run as smoothly as it does. This is a great opportunity for students to demonstrate leadership skills, responsibility and teamwork.
Library monitors are selected from Year 6 and are rostered on each day before school and at lunchtime. Duties include borrowing and returning resources for students and staff, shelving, assisting students in the library and assisting with stocktakes and book fairs. Reliability and punctuality are essential.
